PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THE Cogsdale CMMS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT.   

Web analytics involves the collection, analysis, measurement, and presentation of data on Cogsdale CMMS use for the purpose of understanding and optimizing feature use. The information collected by local browser storage may be used by Web analytics to keep your interactions with Cogsdale CMMS in memory.

Cogsdale uses the information for its own internal statistical and analytical purposes to evaluate and enhance users' experience of the Cogsdale CMMS product by identifying user preferences and trends that we may use to further develop our product.

When you access Cogsdale CMMS, Cogsdale collects the following types of information for web analytics, such as:

• The organization name.
• The Cogsdale CMMS version.
• The Cogsdale CMMS action & the date and time of your request.
• The public internet protocol (IP) address of your organization’s network or your computer.
• The type of operating system; and the type of browser & browser settings used.

Our Role in Protecting the Privacy and Security of Your Personal Information

Cogsdale Solutions is responsible for adhering to applicable data protection principles and laws and to safeguarding data collected through Cogsdale CMMS.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not share information collected through Cogsdale CMMS with any third party outside of our organization other than as stated in this Notice.

Cross Border Transfers of Personal Information

Cogsdale Utilities Solutions stores and processes data in Canada.  While the data protection, privacy, and other laws of Canada might not be as comprehensive as those in your country, we take necessary and appropriate steps to protect the security and privacy of collecting information.  By using Cogsdale CMMS or requesting services from us, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of information collected pursuant to this Agreement to our facilities in Canada and those third parties with whom we share it as described herein.
